Scarecrow oz park

Scarecrow is a seven-foot tall sculpture cast in bronze located at Emerald City Garden in Oz Park, Chicago. This was the third of four sculptures commissioned by the Oz Park Advisory Council to depict characters from L. Frank Baum’s The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
